Simple, they're adopting the same business model that google has... if you ask for a number that has something to do with cameras, they offer you the opportunity to be connected to a camera shop for free (who actually PAYS them for this service)... all you have to do is decline the offer and they give you the number you are actually looking for... it's that simple.
You can also get numbers online without using a phone...
