My cousin Tom Seyer's daughter Amber just won Miss Missouri USA this evening.
Tom owns and operates Construction Trailer Specialists in Sikeston Missouri.
Amber won Missouri TEEN USA in 2003.
Tonight, she won the spot to compete for Miss USA by winning Miss Missouri USA
