Today I'm getting things ready for my cross country motorcycle trip.

Because of <a href="http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/">Hurricain Dennis (and the now approaching Emily)</a>, things have gotten a little shaky, but I'm still determined to get the heck out of Austin and head towards North Carolina.

The good news is that I'm taking my recording equipment along and plan on doing a few <a href="http://www.electriclarryland.com">new shows</a> for my <a href="http://www.electriclarryland.com">Electric LarryLand Podcast</a>.

Last night I did a little work on the <a href="http://www.alexking.org/index.php?content=software/wordpress/themes.php">theme</a> for this blog.   

Notice that the picture near the top of this page randomly changes now.     I found a <a href="/wordpress/wp-content/themes/jakarta/full/rotator.php">script</a> that allows you to fill a sub-directory full of images and it will randomly pick one of them and show it... cool!

Things to do:

<li>change the oil on the bike</li>
<li>pack</li>
<li>take a nap (I'm traveling at night because of the heat)</li>
<li>backup my laptop data </li>
<li>take a nap</li>
<li>eat</li>
<li>wash the bike</li>
<li>take another nap</li>

God, I love vacations.
