I got to see my son <a href="http://www.livejournal.com/users/787style/">Adam</a> today...
On the way to <a href="/wordpress/?p=69">San Marcos</a> we stopped by and paid him a visit.
It was really really great to see him... I miss him so much.
Although he lives here in Austin, we rarely get to spend much time together anymore. He's busy... kind of reminds me of the song "Cat's in the Cradle" by Harry Chapin. Wish it wasn't like that.
He told me about some cool news however.
Adam is big time into playing Poker... and he's spending the entire month of June in Las Vegas trying to win a seat in the <a href="http://www.worldseriesofpoker.com/wsop.asp">World Series of Poker</a> playing in the $1500 PotLimit and $2000 Pot Limit events.
If he wins a seat, he'll go on to play for the world series. Might even get to see him on TV... ( good luck Adam! )
