No workbook lesson was discussed today.

In today's reading from "The Teachings of Inner Ramana" we read that true understanding comes from vision. And the only way that we can truly see something is to look at it honestly.

In order to do that, we must be willing to put our thoughts aside and see whatever we are looking at as it is instead of what we think we are seeing.

When we look at fear, we see that it is hiding something behind it - and that something is guilt. All fear covers up guilt - it is it's greatest secret.

If we are willing to look at fear without being afraid of it - in other words, if we can look at fear without thinking about it and creating an experience that is fearful, we see that guilt is willing to take fear's place.

And if we dare toallow guilt to try and cover us, we see that it dissolves as it gets close to us.

This is because, guilt is merely judgement we have made of ourselves. And because we are completely innocent, guilt MUST dissolve when it nears us - because of WHO WE ARE - WHICH IS INNOCENCE!

Armed with this Truth, we see that there truly is nothing to fear.
