No workbook lesson was discussed today.

Today we learn that all fear is imagination.

This is an important lesson for me as I am very good at imagining. In fact, I would say that I spend most of my life imagining - which is another way of asking the question 'What would happen if?'.

This NTI daily lesson tells us of how we can escape the fear we have made and also peers into the reality that 'There is only one of us here'.
