Today we read from NTI Daily Lesson: Matthew 26 V26-45

In order for us to see the Truth of Who we are and thus only what Is, we must be willing to look at that which we have placed in front of Truth - i.e. the blockages we have made that hide Truth.

This will require that we look at things that we have judged to be 'fearful' or 'scary' or 'ugly'...

Looking at these and releasing them and letting them go is the Path to Peace and the way we will recognize who we are - Truth, unchanged by our thoughts about It.
