1. The act or an instance of resisting or the capacity to resist.
2. A force that tends to oppose or retard motion.
3. An underground organization engaged in a struggle for national liberation in a country under military or totalitarian occupation.

Psychology :
1. A process in which the ego opposes the conscious recall of anxiety-producing experiences.

Biology:
1. The capacity of an organism to defend itself against a disease.
2. The capacity of an organism or a tissue to withstand the effects of a harmful environmental agent.

1. The opposition of a body or substance to current passing through it, resulting in a change of electrical energy into heat or another form of energy.

How and why do we resist?

The only way we will ever see the problem is if we look at it.

So today we look at the resistance to looking at the original thought that made the world.

Instead of choosing to resist the flow of Love, today we choose to allow Love to flow... and in doing so, we awaken to the fact that we have always been Home in God - but merely have been dreaming of exile.

Today we accept all of the Gifts that God has given us without resistance; without interrupting the flow of Love.
