No workbook lesson was discussed today.

Truth can withstand saying 'no' to it without being affected in the slightest.

Therefore, when we quiet our minds and say 'no' to every thought that the mind presents to us, we are eventually left with only Truth.

In the stillness (where Truth lives) one is able to remember that one is not his/her thoughts, not the mind, not the ego, and certainly not the body.

And once there, where there is no time, one KNOWS there is no death.
